OlaCEO is run by me, Jason Obawemimo. This page covers olaceo.com, my emails, and the automatic Instagram replies on @olaceo. Questions or requests: support@olaceo.com.

01

What I collect

  • Your email, when you ask for the CHEAT guide, save a seat in The CEOs, or take the quiz. I also store the page and form you used, any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), and when you agreed to get emails.
  • Your quiz answers and first name, if you take the quiz. I use them to show your next step and to decide if a call with me makes sense.
  • Your phone number, only if you choose to add one on the call page. I only text you if you tick the separate box saying I can.
  • Booking details, if you book a call: your name, email, the time, and anything you type in the booking form.
  • Email clicks: links in my emails go through olaceo.com first, so I can see which email you clicked and what's actually useful. No tracking pixels in my emails.
  • Basic site analytics: which pages get visited and which steps people finish. No advertising cookies. I count steps with a random id that lives in your browser tab only, and I don't store your IP address.
  • Instagram: if you comment a keyword like "CHEAT" on an @olaceo post or DM it to me, my reply tool reads that comment or message and your username so it can reply and send you the link.

02

How I use it

  • To send you what you asked for (the guide, your quiz result, call details).
  • To send my free game emails: short emails about selling AI to local businesses, sometimes with an invite to apply for The Ola Room. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click.
  • To get ready for a call with you, and to follow up if we miss each other.
  • To see which posts and pages actually help people, so I make more of those.

I don't sell your data, and I don't rent my list to anyone.

03

Who processes it for me

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the form data, measures traffic (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and handles email to olaceo.com addresses.
  • Cal.com runs the booking calendar and sends the invite and reminders. Their privacy policy covers what they do with booking data.
  • Google (Calendar, Meet and Gmail), where calls happen and where my email lands.
  • An email sending service delivers my emails to you.
  • Meta (Instagram) and my reply tool (hosted on Vercel and Supabase) for the automatic comment replies and DMs.
  • A Meta pixel only loads if you say yes to it on the banner. If you never see the banner, it isn't on.

04

Your choices

  • Stop emails: tap unsubscribe in any email, or email support@olaceo.com.
  • Stop texts: reply STOP.
  • Stop Instagram replies: don't comment or DM the keyword, or tell me in a DM and I'll stop.
  • See or delete your data: email support@olaceo.com from the address you used, and I'll send you what I have or delete it.

05

How long I keep it

I keep your email and answers while you're on my list or we're working together. If you unsubscribe, I keep only a record that you unsubscribed so you don't get emailed again by mistake. Ask me to delete everything and I will.

06

Kids

This is for adults. I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
